Programme Delivery & Operational Governance
Project Management
National Multi-Site Programme
National Branch Alteration & Closure Programme
A national programme of branch alterations, closures and relocations required coordinated delivery across a fast-moving, multi-site estate. Works included ATM installations, removals and relocations alongside wider branch alterations and closures, delivered within both live and closed environments. Compressed timelines, restricted access windows, security-sensitive requirements and demanding finish standards added complexity across multiple stakeholders, contractors and project teams.
Consistent Delivery Standards
Technical, operational, quality and compliance requirements were maintained across a diverse programme of works within both live and closed branch environments.
Further Programme Referrals
Performance, reliability and stakeholder confidence resulted in further programme referrals, extending the delivery relationship beyond the original scope.
We pride ourselves on delivering more than advice. Our focus is on taking responsibility, solving problems and giving clients confidence that the job will be delivered properly.

Reliable Delivery That Led to Further Programme Referrals
The programme delivered works to the required technical, quality and operational standards across a complex national estate. Combining structured governance with hands-on support brought greater clarity and stability to delivery, while an agile approach allowed teams to respond effectively to changing site requirements and programme pressures. Performance, reliability and stakeholder confidence subsequently resulted in further programme referrals.
