CASE STUDY EXAMPLES
National rebrand programme
In 2013, I led the operational delivery of a major rebrand programme for a national banking association, covering more than 6000 sites within a fixed six‑month window. Failure to meet the deadline carried significant financial penalties, and the project was escalated directly to me due to its visibility and reputational risk. I developed a full implementation plan, optimised regional labour allocation, and established two dedicated project managers alongside strategically located storage hubs for efficient goods despatch. Despite the intensity and scale, the programme was delivered successfully, on time, and without penalty.
CASE STUDY EXAMPLES
Transformation PMO
In 2018, I led the full implementation of a national ATM transformation programme as a Tier 1 supplier, providing end-to-end PMO coverage. The project introduced new ATM equipment with no defined DDA, deployed new polymer cash cassettes, and required tight control of limited stock holdings. Alongside this, I oversaw the rollout of new security fixtures, resprayed equipment designs, and new refurbishment and logistics provider, all while navigating deployment delays. Following a full company acquisition, I streamlined internal systems and integrated delivery processes to stabilise performance. Despite complexity, the programme was successfully embedded and delivered at scale.

In 2021, I was brought in to address a high‑risk operational environment marked by unclear processes, contradictory information, and inconsistent decision‑making. I conducted a detailed evidence‑mapping exercise, rebuilt the chronology, and clarified governance pathways to ensure actions aligned with policy and fact. Through structured communication, boundary‑setting, and transparent documentation, I restored clarity, reduced organisational risk, and supported leaders in making fair, defensible decisions.
